5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, or strike action).

Customers must ensure accurate delivery details are provided. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address provided by you (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015). However, if the delivery fails or the goods are delivered to an incorrect person due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer, you accept that we are not liable for non-receipt and we cannot issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms successful delivery to the address originally submitted.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us of your intent to cancel, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the items to us.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Certain products (such as adhesives, grouts, backer boards, or cut pipes) are non-returnable.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
