Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

We deliver across the UK mainland.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and courier capacity.


Large or Fragile Items

Some products such as baths, shower enclosures, or large furniture may be delivered using a pallet service to ensure safe transport.

  • The courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day.
  • Delivery is kerbside only, so please ensure someone is available to receive and move the goods.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Details

Please ensure that all delivery details — including name, address, postcode, and contact number — are correct when placing your order.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
  • If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scotland mainland)

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or other offshore locations, please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed because no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may charge a redelivery fee. Please make sure to provide accurate delivery details and a valid contact number.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
